Community-based rehabilitation (CBR) programmes are implemented in more than 90 countries in an attempt to equalise opportunities for people with disabilities and their families to participate in their communities. However, evidence for the effectiveness of CBR is limited. This seminar will share the findings from a doctoral thesis exploring the best ways to evaluate CBR programmes.
The seminar is part of the UCL Futures Global Disability Research Seminar Series, jointly organised by the Leonard Cheshire Disability and Inclusive Development Centre and the Institute for Global Health.
