The first Cycle Together Bournemouth to New Forest — a big success!

Leonard Cheshire’s first Cycle Together in the New Forest was a great success yesterday, with over 150 people taking part in the event.
Starting and finishing in Kings Park, Bournemouth, cyclists took in the breath-taking surroundings of the New Forest area through perfect cycling country, enjoying the famous wildlife and rural vistas the New Forest is famous for. The longer routes included several fairly challenging climbs through the picturesque villages of Christchurch, Lyndhurst and Beaulieu.
I'd like to thank everyone who helped make this event such a success. All the money raised, including the entry fees, will go to local service James Burns House to fund additional sport and activities, so residents have more opportunity to do the things they love. As fundraising continues to pour in, we are hoping to get ever closer to our £10,000 target.
Our next Cycle Together event is in Sandringham, Norfolk, and only 13 days away! Sign up now to join this fantastic day out for friends and family.
