DJs unite in aid of Leonard Cheshire Disability
22 August 2014
Last night, an amazing line-up of DJs performed at Oval Space in London to raise money for Leonard Cheshire Disability.
The event organisers, Jack Sibley, aka Pedestrian, and Liam Ivory, one half of Maribou State, both have family connections to the charity. They enlisted DJs including Route 94, Ben Pearce, Dusky and SpectraSoul to play to a huge crowd, with all proceeds from the night going to support disabled people in the UK.
The two friends are performing at Bestival next month. They've decided to get there by way of a triathlon — a half marathon, 80-mile cycle and a swim across the Solent.
We're hugely grateful to Jack and Liam for their support. Thank you too to all the DJs and organisers, and to Oval Space for donating use of their venue.
