They'll be taking on the Aberdovey bike ride, which goes from Wolverhampton to Aberdovey.
‘My colleagues encouraged me and introduced me to the world of cycling, first on the canals, with them, friends, my husband Ian and my son Stephen.’
Joanna also previously supported disabled people in her role at social services.
‘I no longer work in social services, but I remain passionate about enhancing the lives of disabled people.
‘That’s why Leonard Cheshire and the charity he founded appealed to me.’

Matt started cycling a few years ago and very quickly became addicted.
‘Myself and a couple of cycling buddies decided last year that we’d take on the Wolverhampton to Aberdovey ride.
‘This is the 25th year of the ride taking place and it has built up an amazing following.’
He works at our offices in Wolverhampton.
‘When this year’s charities were announced and Leonard Cheshire Disability was listed it was an easy decision for me.
‘What our staff do, day in, day out, is amazing and makes a real difference to people’s lives.
‘I just wanted to do my bit and try to help make a difference.’
